So her deal is clouds? I like to brainstorm names based on words, so I tried coming up some:

Nuvee/Nuby (kinda like "ruby" but based on the latin for cloud)

Scamalla/Scamilla (similar to "camilla" but mixed with Irish for cloud)

Neule/Neula (based on Scots Gaelic)

Nebuline (based on "nebula" (which for some reason is listed as synonym for cloud)

Neuline (a mix between last two)

You could also just use "Nuvola" which is just Corsican for cloud, but sounds enough like a name, I think.
